HR Policies & Practice With our expertise in inclusive policy and practice, our Inclusion Consultants are able to review your current HR policies and practices to ensure that they are LGBTQ+ inclusive. Our consultants can create leading practice policies and practices for your organisation including parental leave, domestic and family violence, bullying & harassment, travel, dress codes definitions of family and gender affirmation. Pride network If your organisation has a Pride network, we can review its effectiveness and structure to ensure its sustainability. AWEI consulting As a non-member, you are able to complete an Australian Workplace Equality Index submission to understand whether your LGBTQ+ inclusion is leading practice.
