What is the AWEI Employee Survey?

The AWEI Employee Survey offers your organisation the opportunity to:

• Gather essential insights into the experiences and perceptions of your employees regarding LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion.
• Compare your results with national data from other participating organisations.
• Use these insights to refine and strengthen your LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion strategies.

Who Can Participate?

Participation in the AWEI Employee Survey is exclusively available to Pride in Diversity members as part of your membership benefits.  

To cover the cost of development, running, marking, data analysis, and reporting, Pride in Diversity has created an ‘Index+ Participation‘ membership tier, designed for organisations who only wish to participate in the AWEI Submission process, Employee Survey, or both. This membership tier will also give organisations access to some online, member-only publications, factsheets, video library, and LGBTQ+ inclusion eLearning module.

How to Get Started

Participating in the AWEI Employee Survey is simple and involves four key steps:

1. Request Your Unique Link
   Submit a request for your unique survey link and receive a comprehensive participation pack.
2. Obtain Organisational Approval
   Ensure your organisation is on board with participating in the survey.
3. Plan Your Communications Strategy
   Develop an internal plan to effectively promote the survey to employees.
4. Share Your Link
   Distribute the unique link to as many employees as possible across your organisation.
