Who we are

Established in February 2010, Pride in Diversity is the leading subject matter expert in LGBTQ+ inclusive workplace policy, practice, and behaviours needed to achieve positive cultural change.

9 out of 10 of Australia’s largest employers are member of Pride in Diversity. Launched in 2010, Pride in Diversity is globally recognised as one of the pre-eminent organisations providing expert advice and support in LGBTQ workplace inclusion.

With nearly 500 member organisations, heavily represented on the ASX 200, and employing or contracting 25% of the Australian workforce, or over three million employees, we have the breadth of experience to advise on leading practice, workforce issues and solutions to assist organisations to govern and measure their workplace inclusion strategies.

Our Mission

Pride in Diversity’s mission is to support members to achieve leading practice in LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion and for them to attract and retain talent through the adoption of progressive inclusive strategies and initiatives.

ACON

Pride in Diversity is part of ACON’s Pride Inclusion Programs, alongside Pride in Sport, Pride in Health + Wellbeing, and Pride Training. Together, these programs work to create safer, more inclusive environments for LGBTQ+ people across sport, workplaces, and health services.
