The Australian LGBTQ+ Inclusion Awards stand as the nation’s leading celebration of workplace inclusion, honouring organisations and individuals who demonstrate exceptional commitment to LGBTQ+ equality. Grounded in the results of the Australian Workplace Equality Index (AWEI), the Awards bring together CEOs, senior executives, HR and diversity leaders, employee networks, LGBTQ+ community members and allies, who are driving meaningful change across Australia.

This annual event blends inspiration with celebration. Guests enjoy live entertainment, three‑course lunch, drinks and the official Awards Ceremony, which shines a spotlight on the people and initiatives transforming workplaces into safer, more inclusive environments for LGBTQ+ employees.

The venue, ICC SYDNEY, is wheelchair accessible and has accessible bathrooms. This is event will have Auslan interpreters on stage. Please be aware that there will be moving lights and light haze during the event.
