Pride in Practice

The Pride in Practice Conference is Australia’s leading national event dedicated to LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion. Each year, it brings together hundreds of delegates from across the country to connect, learn, and shape the future of inclusion in workplaces nationwide.

In 2026, we’re thrilled to return on 23 & 24 November at Marvel Stadium, Melbourne, with a program designed to inspire, challenge, and empower.

Tailor Your Experience

• Choose between a One Day Pass, Full Conference Pass or a Corporate Table.
• All passes allow you to Watch On Demand! Every conference session, including breakouts, will be professionally recorded and available for passholders to watch after the conference for up to 3 months.

Abstract submissions for 2026 are now closed. Thank you to everyone who made an abstract submission this year! We will contact all submissions in early September with the outcome. Abstract submissions closed on Friday, 14th August 2026.

IMPORTANT TICKET INFORMATION 

• All prices displayed exclude GST and will be added at checkout. 
• All ticket / pass purchases are non-refundable. 
• Member prices are exclusive to current member organisations of Pride in Diversity, Pride in Sport or Pride in Health+Wellbeing. 
• Early bird ticket sales end on Friday 2nd October 2026 at 4pm AEST. 
• Ticket sales will close on Friday 6th November 2026 at 4pm AEDT, unless sold out prior. 
• On-Demand Pass sales will close on Friday 11th of December 2026 at 4pm AEDT. 
• All On-Demand pass holders must register user details in order to be sent a unique login to access the platform. These logins will not allow for multiple use at any one time. 
• The On Demand digital platform will be available for access between 01/12/2026 -  28/02/2027. 
• Full Conference Passes and Corporate Table Passes are transferable and may be shared between a maximum of four (4) people. One Day Passes are non-transferable and may only be used by one (1) person. 
• Each One Day Pass includes access to one day of the 2026 Pride in Practice Conference and one (1) On-Demand Pass Single Licence (1 User | 3 Months Access). 
• Each Full Conference Pass includes access to both days of the 2026 Pride in Practice Conference and one (1) On-Demand Pass Single Licence (1 User | 3 Months Access). 
• Each Corporate Table includes a reserved table in the Main Plenary Room, eight (8) passes which allow access to both days of the 2026 Pride in Practice Conference and one (1) On-Demand Pass Group Licence (up to 8 Users | 3 Months Access). 
• MOB TIX are available to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members. Pride in Diversity offers Mob Tix to support increased engagement from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, in line with ACON’s broader commitment to supporting and working in partnership with First Nations people. 
• Terms & Conditions of Entry – Safety & Inclusion: We aim to provide a safe and inclusive environment for all. Upon registering to attend this event (either in-person or online) you agree to behave in a respectful manner. Disrespectful behaviour towards any person or persons will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to remove you from the event.
