Equip your team to lead LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace

The Pride in Diversity (PID) Endorsed LGBTQ+ Trainer Program is designed to empower internal staff to confidently deliver facilitated LGBTQ+ awareness training within their own organisations.

Developed for members of Pride in Diversity, this program provides the tools, knowledge and endorsement required to deliver Pride in Diversity’s LGBTQ+ Awareness training module. Participants are guided through an in-depth, interactive education experience built on a strong theoretical foundation, real-world application, and the latest insights in LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion.

What’s Included

The all-inclusive program fee includes:

• Six live Zoom sessions delivered across two weeks
• Access to specialist training materials and presentation resources
• Guidance on facilitation techniques and inclusive education practice
• Assessment and formal endorsement as a Pride in Diversity trainer

Endorsed trainers receive 12 months of support, with the option to renew each year.

Learning Experience

Participants will explore:

• LGBTQ+ history, terminology, and evolving inclusion practices
• Contemporary case studies and real-life scenarios
• Pride in Diversity models, publications and video artefacts
• Inclusive training delivery methods and facilitation skills

Each session is highly interactive and supported by pre-work, including readings and worksheets provided via our secure online platform.

We have completed the new Endorsed Trainer programs for 2026. If you are interested in participating in a future Endorsed Trainer program, please contact us to ensure we can notify you when registrations open for the 2027 programs.

Current Endorsed Trainers will be contacted in September 2026 for the annual re-endorsement program.
