Referring to people by the pronouns they determine for themselves is basic to human dignity. Being referred to by the wrong pronouns particularly affects transgender and gender nonconforming people. Members can download our Guide to Pronouns here We have a series of ‘bitesize’ training sessions that you can use to support a ‘Day of Significance’ activity, or support an initiative focusing on a specific part of the LGBTQ+ Community.
